Process

When you make an enquiry we will have an informal chat regarding which service you need. We will arrange for you to meet with one or both of the managers; this will be to assess the level of support you require and what the expectations of the client and/or the family are.

We will then create a personalised support plan which will address all your needs. Though the support plan will form the basis of your care, it will become an ever changing document that evolves with your needs and requirements.

We aim to match the most suitable staff to your needs and will ensure you are introduced to those staff before your care package begins.
